At The Hockey Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure skate blades are protected and sticks are securely wrapped.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
